David Siegel: What's the timeframe, Jesse, in an uncontested case in the collar counties here outside the City of Chicago, if both parties agree, they're both willing to sign the documents, they're ready to go? What's the timeframe from start to finish from being filed, to divorced?

Jesse Barrientes: Let's just say for example that if you're in my office, we've talked, I've drafted all the documents that are necessary, you both come in, and you sign everything else, and I'm going to file this on Monday, we can get that as soon as 30 days from that time, even sooner depending upon which county you're at.
