David Siegel: Hello. Welcome to Legal Action. My name is David Siegel. Thanks for joining us. Today we're going to be talking about joint parenting agreement as it relates to a divorce case. Joining me once again is my co-host Jesse Barrientes. Jesse, welcome to the show.
Jesse Barrientes: Thank you, Dave.
David Siegel: How are you doing this evening?
Jesse Barrientes: I am doing just fantastic.
David Siegel: Great. Before I even start I want to mention that Jesse is the co-author of the book Divorce And Family Law: Who Has The Legal Right When Things Go Terribly Wrong. Jesse, very fine job on this book.
Jesse Barrientes: Thank you, Dave.
David Siegel: This book basically gives concise answers to complex questions regarding divorce and family law. I think it's really helpful that people who are picking it up are learning a lot about these topics, so they're educated and aware of what's going to happen in their case. There's so much uncertainty with this area of law.
Jesse Barrientes: That's true. It's very important. Sometimes a lot of Joliet divorce attorneys won't go in to great detail with their clients about certain things. We certainly do in our office because it's important. You're going to make a decision that's affecting your life, and you need to know all of the ramifications, and all the consequences that can happen from some of the decisions you might be making.
