David Siegel: This is within the divorce case, within the litigation process. Somewhere along the line, either the court, or the parties, or their divorce attorneys in Waukegan decide that mediating is a good idea.
Jesse Barrientes: Generally if there's a custody issue, or there's a visitation issue, it's mandatory. It's required.
David Siegel: Okay. That's true. So with custody the court immediately is going to want to know is there an agreement on custody, and if not, they're going to send them to the court ordered mediation which is different from what you do.
Jesse Barrientes: That's correct. Actually, I do both.
David Siegel: Are you on the list of court mediators?
Jesse Barrientes: I sure am in DuPage.
David Siegel: Okay. So they might see you almost initially to talk about mediating a custody issue?
